The Holy Quran 28:22 — Surah Al-Qasas

Arabic text

وَلَمَّا تَوَجَّهَ تِلْقَآءَ مَدْيَنَ قَالَ عَسَىٰ رَبِّىٓ أَن يَهْدِيَنِى سَوَآءَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ

Translation

When Moosa عليه الصلاة والسلام turned to the direction of (the town of) Madyan, he said, “I have hope that my Rabb will guide me to the straight path (the path of safety)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولما قصد موسى بلاد «مدين» وخرج من سلطان فرعون قال: عسى ربي أن يرشدني خير طريق إلى «مدين» .
