The Holy Quran 26:167 — Surah Ash-Shu'ara

Arabic text

قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَـٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْرَجِينَ

Translation

They replied, "O Loot! If you do not desist (from preaching to us), you will surely be from those who are banished (driven out of our town)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

قال قوم لوط: لئن لم تترك يا لوط نَهْيَنا عن إتيان الذكور وتقبيح فعله، لتكونن من المطرودين من بلادنا.
