The Holy Quran 24:41 — Surah An-Nur

Arabic text

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلطَّيْرُ صَـٰٓفَّـٰتٍ ۖ كُلٌّ قَدْ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُۥ وَتَسْبِيحَهُۥ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ

Translation

Do you not see that everyone in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allaah, including the birds with their wings spread out? Each one knows its salaah (mode of worship) and method of glorification. And Allaah has knowledge of what you do.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ألم تعلم - أيها الرسول - أن الله يُسَبِّح له مَن في السموات والأرض من المخلوقات، والطير صافات أجنحتها في السماء تسبح ربها؟ كل مخلوق قد أرشده الله كيف يصلي له ويسبحه. وهو سبحانه عليم، مُطَّلِع على ما يفعله كل عابد ومسبِّح، لا يخفى عليه منها شيء، وسيجازيهم بذلك.
