The Holy Quran 23:23 — Surah Al-Mu'minun

Arabic text

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِۦ فَقَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۥٓ ۖ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

Translation

We sent Nooh عليه الصلاة والسلام to his nation and he told them, “O my people! Worship only Allaah. There is no Ilaah for you besides Him. Do you not fear (His punishment for not taking heed)?"

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولقد أرسلنا نوحًا إلى قومه، بدعوة التوحيد فقال لهم: اعبدوا الله وحده، ليس لكم من إله يستحق العبادة غيره جل وعلا، فأخلصوا له العبادة، أفلا تخشون عذابه؟
