The Holy Quran 22:64 — Surah Al-Hajj

Arabic text

لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ

Translation

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and in the earth. Allaah (and none else) is undoubtedly Independent (all need Him while He needs none), Worthy of praise (because all good comes from Him).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

لله سبحانه وتعالى ما في السموات والأرض خلقًا وملكًا وعبودية، كلٌّ محتاج إلى تدبيره وإفضاله. وإن الله لهو الغني الذي لا يحتاج إلى شيء، المحمود في كل حال.
