The Holy Quran 21:95 — Surah Al-Anbya

Arabic text

وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

Translation

It is an established fact that the town which We have destroyed shall never return (to this world)...

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وممتنع على أهل القرى التي أهلكناها بسبب كفرهم وظلمهم، رجوعهم إلى الدنيا قبل يوم القيامة; ليستدركوا ما فرطوا فيه.
