The Holy Quran 19:65 — Surah Maryam

Arabic text

رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَٱعْبُدْهُ وَٱصْطَبِرْ لِعِبَـٰدَتِهِۦ ۚ هَلْ تَعْلَمُ لَهُۥ سَمِيًّا

Translation

(Allaah is) The Rabb of the heavens, the earth and whatever is between the two, so worship Him and be steadfast in His worship (service). Do you know of any that (deserves to) share His name? (There is none who has the attributes to be worthy of being called Allaah.)

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

فهو الله رب السموات والأرض وما بينهما، ومالك ذلك كله وخالقه ومدبره، فاعبده وحده - أيها النبي - واصبر على طاعته أنت ومَن تبعك، ليس كمثله شيء في ذاته وأسمائه وصفاته وأفعاله.
