The Holy Quran 18:84 — Surah Al-Kahf

Arabic text

إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ سَبَبًا

Translation

We certainly granted him authority (kingship) on earth and gave him the means to do all things (that he needed to do).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

إنا مكَّنَّا له في الأرض، وآتيناه من كل شيء أسبابًا وطرقًا، يتوصل بها إلى ما يريد مِن فَتْح المدائن وقهر الأعداء وغير ذلك.
