The Holy Quran 17:77 — Surah Al-Isra

Arabic text

سُنَّةَ مَن قَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَا ۖ وَلَا تَجِدُ لِسُنَّتِنَا تَحْوِيلًا

Translation

This (practice of destroying those who forcefully expelled their Rusul) was Our practice with Our Rusul that We sent before you. You will not find any change in Our practices (Our ways and methods of working).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

تلك سنة الله تعالى في إهلاك الأمة التي تُخرج رسولها من بينها، ولن تجد -أيها الرسول- لسنتنا تغييرًا، فلا خلف في وعدنا.
