The Holy Quran 17:30 — Surah Al-Isra

Arabic text

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًا

Translation

Verily your Rabb increases and decreases the provisions of whoever He wills. Indeed He is Informed and Watching over His slaves (and therefore knows who most deserves what).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

إن ربك يوسِّع الرزق على بعض الناس، ويضيِّقه على بعضهم، وَفْق علمه وحكمته سبحانه وتعالى. إنه هو المطَّلِع على خفايا عباده، لا يغيب عن علمه شيء من أح��الهم.
