The Holy Quran 16:42 — Surah An-Nahl

Arabic text

ٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُوا۟ وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ

Translation

Those (who make Hijrah are the ones) who exercise sabr and who (firmly) rely only on their Rabb (to see to their well-being and to the well-being of their families). (It is when people rely on Allaah that He provides for them from sources they least expect.)

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

هؤلاء المهاجرون في سبيل الله هم الذين صبروا على أوامر الله وعن نواهيه وعلى أقداره المؤلمة، وعلى ربهم وحده يعتمدون، فاستحقوا هذه المنزلة العظيمة.
