The Holy Quran 12:93 — Surah Yusuf

Arabic text

ٱذْهَبُوا۟ بِقَمِيصِى هَـٰذَا فَأَلْقُوهُ عَلَىٰ وَجْهِ أَبِى يَأْتِ بَصِيرًا وَأْتُونِى بِأَهْلِكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

Translation

He said, "Take this shirt of mine, place it on my father's face and he will regain his sight. And (after doing this) bring your entire family to me."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولما سألهم عن أبيه أخبروه بذهاب بصره من البكاء عليه، فقال لهم: عودوا إلى أبيكم ومعكم قميصي هذا فاطرحوه على وجه أبي يَعُدْ إليه بصره، ثم أحضروا إليَّ جميع أهلكم.
