The Holy Quran 10:96 — Surah Yunus

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Translation

Without doubt those against whom the word (decision of kufr) of your Rabb has passed will not accept Imaan...

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

إن الذين حقَّت عليهم كلمة ربك -أيها الرسول- بطردهم من رحمته وعذابه لهم، لا يؤمنون بحجج الله، ولا يقرُّون بوحدانيته، ولا يعملون بشرعه.
