The Holy Quran 107:7 — Surah Al-Ma'un

Arabic text

وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ

Translation

...and who (are so miserly that far from spending in charity and zakaah, they) refuse (to lend others) even minor articles (of common use that would cause them no loss).
